A native of Lexington, Kentucky, he made his way out of the American South and onto several different continents. Bulawayo to Bakersfield, Edinburgh to Aruba, South Africa to St. Kitts — all of these places (and a few more besides) have captured his affections at some point. Someday, he hopes to sip wine on the shores of Italy’s Lake Como and stroll through stands of hazelnuts in New Zealand.

Most days find him crafting copy for corporate and small-business clients, but he also occasionally indulges in creative writing.
